The data controller for the OddWise mobile application (the "App") is Vladyslav Pozniak ("we," "our," or "us"). You can reach us at support@oddwise.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via email/password or third-party sign-in providers such as Google or Apple).
• Wallet Addresses: Public blockchain wallet addresses you choose to track. These are publicly available on-chain and do not contain private keys or sensitive financial credentials.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, screens viewed, and notification preferences.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notification delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
• To display portfolio tracking and market analysis data
• To send push notifications about price changes, whale alerts, and market resolutions
• To process in-app subscriptions and manage your account
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Encrypted SharedPreferences on Android). We do not store private keys or have access to your funds.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and database services
• RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Expo Push Notifications: Delivery of push notifications
• Apple Sign In / Google Sign In: Third-party authentication

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing data they collect.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Account Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data directly from within the App via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data, portfolios, alert configurations, and notification history will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
