1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vladyslav Pozniak, the developer and operator of the OddWise mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OddWise is a portfolio tracking and market analytics tool for Polymarket prediction markets. The App provides read-only data visualization, market scanning, whale alerts, and notification services. OddWise does not facilitate trading, hold custody of funds, or provide financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

OddWise offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.

6. Not Financial Advice

All information provided through the App, including market data, analytics, radar signals, whale alerts, and any other content, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on information provided by the App. We are not responsible for any trading losses or financial decisions you make.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data displayed in the App. Data is sourced from third-party APIs and public blockchain data, which may contain errors or delays.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of OddWise and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Redistributing or reselling data obtained through the App

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddWise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings (Settings > Account > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be canceled through your app store before deleting your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
